Welcome to Against All Odds, the only fanlisting for the relationship between Andromeda Blackand Ted Tonks listed at The Fanlistings Network. You can be a fan of any type of relationship between them. For example, it's plausible that Andromeda and Ted did not get along the first time they met: Andromeda was a pureblood Black and Ted a 'lowly' mudblood. Or maybe you like to think they started off as friends and are a fan of that relationship. In the Harry Potter books, however, Andromeda Black and Ted Tonks are a married couple and a daughter: Nymphadora Tonks, an Auror.

We first learned about Andromeda during the fifth book when Harry sees the Black Family Tree. Sirius briefly explains that his favorite cousin was blasted off the tree because she married 'Muggle Ted Tonks'. However, she also makes an appearance in Deathly Hallows and is described as greatly resembling Bellatrix - so much that Harry almost attacks her.

Ted Tonks was first described as a "right old slob" by his daughter in Order of the Phoenix. He also makes an appearance in Deathly Hallows but is unfortunately murdered by Death Eaters for being a Muggleborn. Andromeda and Ted have a grandson, Teddy Tonks, who Andromeda know takes care of after both Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks were murdered during the final battle at Hogwarts.

I used Kate Beckinsale to portray Andromeda Black and Hayden Christensen to represent Ted Tonks.

I updated the coding so it is MUCH cleaner. I made a few small changes, nothing huge.
